Bathurst Glen is always looking for motivated, customer service oriented individuals to fill seasonal positions.
The following positions are available:
Crew Leader – Maintenance – 10 month contract
Operate vehicles, tractors and other equipment to perform general maintenance such as trail maintenance, grass cutting, golf tee and putting green maintenance, garbage collection, and general housekeeping. Operate and carry out maintenance and preventative maintenance of equipment. Provide information and superior customer service to visitors or interested members of the public. Provide leadership and direct seasonal staff with day to day duties, and ensure they are working in a safe manner, complying with Ontario Health and Safety Act.
Proshop Coordinator – 7 month contract
The Pro Shop Coordinator will assist in supervising pro shop and clubhouse staff and coordinate the daily operations of the pro shop/clubhouse. The incumbent will also be responsible for overseeing pro shop operations in the Supervisor’s absence or other staff absences. Provide exceptional customer service at all times. Greet and collect fees from visitors and maintain balanced records of monies collected. Operate POS and computer systems proficiently. Maintain cleanliness of buildings, grounds, facilities and work areas.
Support & Service Staff – various contract durations
Including Maintenance & Back-shop, Pro-shop & Range attendants, Starter & Marshals.
Provide assistance and customer service to the public and/or perform general golf course maintenance tasks as assigned. Deliver exceptional natural and cultural experiences for each of our guests. Flexibility to work all shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required. Occupational health and safety is a major responsibility of this position.
Cook – 4 month contract
This position will ensure that all food preparations and presentations meet the department’s specifications and commitment to quality. The Cook is expected to maintain a safe, orderly and sanitized kitchen through proper food handling techniques. Occupational health and safety is a major responsibility of this position and providing excellent customer and client service is crucial.
